Lindsay Lohan not evicted from Beverly Hills home, source says | Fox News: "The end of 2012 was not kind to Lindsay Lohan.

In December, Lohan's probation was revoked in a Los Angeles court, after being arrested for assault for a Nov. 29 altercation in a New York nightclub.  She celebrated New Year's in London and was photographed looking awfully disheveled.

Now a report is claiming that the star was evicted from her Beverly Hills apartment.

But a source close to Lohan tells Fox411 that nothing could be further from the truth. "
