Thank you all for visiting the Beach this past summer. Since we started in April, these are the ten most popular posts!

#1 Very Rare LED ZEP VINYL BOOT!- The Infamous "PANTY" Bootleg (1971) Ok, so ya think just maybe it had to do with the women's panties? Or just the fact that it's a rare bootleg? Hmmmmm. Maybe it was the Britney Spears pics at bottom!
This Japanese bootleg from 1971 came with all the stuff you
see below, including a pair of ladies panties!

#2 THE FACES "On The BEACH" Bootleg Compilation! I have been blogging for a while now and I can tell you from experience that posts regarding The Faces always get a lot of hits. No surprise here, they were only the greatest rock n roll band ever!!

Not quite sure how to react to Uncle Ted being #3 but this is a really great show. Interesting a lot of the hits for this came in a steady flow since it first went up.

Like who wouldn't want the very first vinyl Zeppelin boot, right!? No surprise here!

It warms the horrors of my heart to see this as the #5 most popular post. This band is truly unique and deserve the attention. New school punk at it's best!

#6 "THE GRAVEYARD SHIFT" (mix) Another one that makes me happy to see. I thought this a really cool mix me-self and listened to it on several a warms evening!

#7 BEACH BIKINI GIRL OF THE WEEK!!! (Week Of 7/29)
For whatever reason (ahem) this bikini girl got the most clicks and earned her way into the #7 top post of the summer!

#8 From The BLACK CROWES Archives- Jam-O-Matic At The VOODOO MUSIC FEST 2007, Internet Broadcast!!! As you probably know there were a lot of Crowes shows that went up under the very popular "From The Black Crowes Archives" features but this 2007 internet broadcast with Luther shredding throughout got the most hits by far. If you didn't get it yet, now's your chance!!

#9 I'm in a BOINGO Mood!! (mix) I'm loving not only how this made the list but the fact that this whole top 10 list of popular posts is so diverse. Glad to see so many music fans out there with great taste, especially Boingo!

#10 SCREENSHOT DE JOUR- "Scarlett Johansson In Pink Sheers"
well golly gee wizz I guess there's just a lot of horn dogs out there that couldn't get enough of seeing Scarlett in her pink sheer panties. I know I couldn't!

THANKS AGAIN TO ALL WHO
VISITED THE BEACH!
WE'LL HAVE ONE LAST POST
ON MONDAY LABOR DAY
IT'S A DOOSIE AND HAS TO
DO WITH ONE OF MY ALL-TIME
FAVORITE BANDS!
CAN YOU GUESS?

By the time this album came out in 1990, my love affair with Steppenwolf had already been going on for a couple decades and I had seen them live quite a few times. But then started a new phase as I grew fonder and fonder. I guess you can say I liked this album from the very first listen but the ten songs on this, all winners in my opinion tend to grow on you with repeated listens. They started doing a lot of touring and whenever they were anywhere even close to LA I would travel and see them. I took many friends to a Wolf show and turned them on to the music. As you will hear on the concert I have included here from those days they were doing a real cool set back then where they would alternate between songs off this album and the good ole stuff. I was in Wolf heaven. But I think I always have been.
