It seems as though us hardcore fans of International Noise Conspiracy may have to wait a while to find out if they will reform or ever record again, but in the meantime Dennis has put together a brand new band called INVSN (pronounced, you guessed it, "invasion", or is it "invision"...) and they have signed with Razor & Tie. Very cool! Their as yet untitled debut album comes out in the fall and they've leaked a track off it called "Down in the Shadows" Nice post-punk sound, almost sounds like you could have heard it on KROQ back in the 80's..
