THE STONES IN PARIS 1970!!

The Stones in 1970, does it get much better? This show which a friend sent me on disc is a major classic and from my research has some controversy about it as to when and how it was recorded. The story I heard was that it was actually a French broadcast that someone recorded off a desk radio by just putting the microphone of his tape recorder right up to the speaker. Nonetheless, it's a great show and one of the best sounding ones of that year, as most of the 70's boots are B or worse quality. This is more of an A- or B++. Set list is here. Link.
