Mira Sorvino won a Best Supporting Actress for her role.
The almost unrecognizable F Murray Abraham as one of the Greek chorus.
A strange bit part for Peter Weller.
The always great Michael Rappaport as a dumb boxer.
I pulled this off the shelf last night and hadn't seen it in quite some time. Of course I must admit I'm a huge Woody Allen fan in general but it was great to see this 1995 gem again and I was reminded of what a great inclusion this is in his vast catalog of films. If you've never seen it, it's worth checking out. Strangely enough, even though it's only from 1995, there doesn't appear to be a streaming link for Amazon or Netflix. You can check this link for Amazon other formats or your favorite retailer. Netflix link is here. A heartwarming, light and funny film!
