Holy Box Of Cd-r Boots!!- CLASSIC ROCK ALL-STARS "The Hits And Nothin' But The Hits" (Ventura 1995)

Is it a bootleg or an out-of-print indie release? Looks like both, I found it in my box of cd-r boots at the very bottom that I clearly got in a trade but when I looked it up on the internet it comes up on Amazon as an indie release long out-of-print with no label attributed. Only a few used copies out there are fetching $25 minimum. Anyways, this a very cool show if you like Rare Earth, Iron Butterfly, Sugar Loaf or Blues Image which is where these band members come from. Set list is here. Link.
