Really Iggy?
What happened to poor Iggy Pop? He was on a great roll in the 90's and early part of '00's with some great solo albums with well-crafted songs and good players. Then came Skullring which started a downhill trend of bad albums. The new one, Ready To Die released today suffers from bad song writing and a palatable sense of someone trying too hard to be young again. Check out the sample song below called Sex & Money and see if you agree. There is an Amazon link if you want to check out samples of the others or order the album. As far as the title Ready To Die, I say this much- If Iggy is going to keep putting out albums like this, then go ahead!
