OINGO BOINGO's KROQ Broadcast From The Whisky 1980!

On October 3, 1980 Oingo Boingo played a show at the Whisky A Go-Go which was not unusual as they were playing there quite often. But this night the radio station KROQ was broadcasting the show live on the air. At the time there was only an EP out, their first album hadn't even been released yet. This was a band that was literally just on the brink of a major breakout and this show captures that excitement in the air with a solid performance. Set list is here. Link.
